EDP Brasil has several renewable energy projects, having developed three small hydroelectric plants under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), which already have carbon credits generated under the CDM (CERs) and other carbon credits generated under the voluntary market (VCS and Q27).
In particular, this project aims to continue the management of the three CDM projects, including the sale of the carbon credits generated and the follow-up of the monitoring plan and verification process for the generation of carbon credits.
